It should be noted that the authentication procedures for the departure of Malagasy emigrant workers from the national territory are to be dissociated from the visa application procedure at the diplomatic representation of the country of destination. The authentication procedures at the offices of the Malagasy Administration are to be done once the entry visa in the country of destination is obtained and not the other way around.
